Agnes Yon Hutto, 83, of Swansea, SC, died Saturday, November 15, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Swansea First Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Wilder officiating.Burial will be in Melrose Memorial Gardens.The casket will be placed in the church 2:00 PM on the day of the funeral. Mrs. Hutto was born in Columbia, SC, a daughter of the late Benjamin Tillman and Mae Bell Smith Yon.She taught industrial sewing at North and Swansea High School until she retired.She was a member of Swansea First Baptist Church and was married to the late George H. Hutto, Sr. Survivors include a son, George (Angie) Hutto, Jr.; grandsons, George H. Hutto, III and Jacob Lee Hutto and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM Wednesday at the church before the service.Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Swansea First Baptist Church.
