Albert Michael Lowrey

Albert Michael Lowery, 80, of Pelion, passed away on Thursday, August 14, 2025.

Graveside services will be held at 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Wayside Baptist Tabernacle Cemetery 205 Pine Street, Pelion, SC 29123 with Pastor Grover (Buckshot) Williams officiating. Family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of service.

Mr. Lowrey was born in Elloree, SC, a son of the late Albert Columbus Lowrey and the late Edith Inez Browning Lowrey. He was a member of Wayside Baptist Tabernacle. Mike was a great husband, father and grandfather who loved God with all his heart and playing the drums. He loved nascar racing and going to car shows.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Powell Lowrey; daughter, Michelle (James) Cox; son, Robert Michael (Tammy); five grandchildren, Rebecca Hull, Jared Cox, Tatum Cox, Mikey (Emma) Lowrey and Brittany (Marty) McKoy; two great grandchildren, Isaac Hull and Connor Hull; two sisters, Francis (Joel) Hoffmier and Annette Outlaw; a brother, Johnny (Carlette) Lowrey; a number of nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister Hell0n (Gene) Oglesby.

In lieu of flower memorial may be made to Wayside Baptist Tabernacle P. O. Box 31 Pelion, SC 29123.

Family asks everyone to wear a mask during the service.
