Betty Grayce Gay

Betty Grayce Gay, 72, of North, S. C., passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 7, 2023, at First Baptist Church North with Rev. Sean McElrath officiating.

Mrs. Gay was born in Orange County, California, a daughter of the late Donald Kessler and Patricia Louise Hoffman Kessler.  She was a faithful servant of First Baptist Church North.

Survivors include her husband, Robert “Bob” Clayton Gay; a son, Matthew (Vivian) Avelsgaard of Woodford, S. C.; sisters, Kathleen (Gordon) Cole of McBee, S. C., Loretta (Gary) Robinson of La Habra, California and sister, Sharane (Frank) Gorden of Laurinburg, N. C.  She was predeceased by a brother, Samuel (Cheryl) Kessler.
