Cecil “Jim” Brown, 78, of Neeses, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Friday, October 5, 2018 at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Churn in Neeses with Rev. Bobby Jean Williams and Captain Buddy Bizzell officiating. Survivors include his wife, Betsy Williams Brown; a son, Shannon (Kathy) Brown; grandchildren, Brittany Brown and Warren Brown; a sister, Maxine Williams; a special niece, Renae Bowman; and a special nephew, Kenny Hutto.He was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Evangeline Hutto Brown; and one son, Justin Randal Brown. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) in North and other times at the home of Mrs. Betsy Brown.
