Clyde Melvin Gunnells

Clyde Melvin Gunnells, 71, of North, SC, died Monday, November 24, 2014. Mr. Gunnells was born in Barnwell, SC, a son of the late Randolph and Ruby Lee Higgs Gunnells.Mr. Gunnells loved to restore old cars and worked with scrap metal.He was a fisherman and hunter. Survivors include his wife, Betty Davis Gunnells, a son, Melvin Gene (April Williams) Gunnells; daughter, Pamela Michelle Gunnells; grandchildren, Wesley Gunnells, Austin Gunnells, Kayla Gunnells and Bailey Gunnells; two sisters, Peggy Phillips and Carolyn Jowers; brothers, Laurie Gunnells, Joe Gunnells and Claude Gunnells and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm, Tuesday, November 25 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) and other times at the home at 180 Summer Camp Road, North, SC.
