David Clyde Watkins, 79, of West Columbia, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018. A private graveside service will be held at Hebron Southern Methodist Church in Livingston, SC. Mr. Watkins was born in Augusta, GA, a son of the late Bazz and Elsie Bradley Watkins.He was a member of St. Johns Episcopal Church and retired from SCE&G. Survivors include his wife, Lorena Livingston Watkins; a niece, Carol (Robert) Walker; and two nephews, Ryan (Jessica) Livingston and Kelly (Brittany) Livingston.
