Elizabeth Fogle Ray

Elizabeth Fogle Ray, 84, of Cope, S. C. passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023.

A Memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, December 9, 2023, at 2040 Vallentine Road, Cope, S. C. 29038.

Mrs. Ray was born in Cope, S. C., a daughter of the late Elbert Fogle and Gertie (Smoak) Fogle.  She was a loving, caring mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors include daughters, Karen J. Roberts and Cornelia J. (Kenneth) Beason; grandchildren, Stephanie K. McAlhany, Kenneth (Danielle) Beason, Jr. and Lee Roberts; six great grandchildren; brothers, Zachary Fogle, Frances (Rhomie) Martin, Vivian, (Gene) Hair and a number of nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Ray was predeceased by husbands Culbreth L. Jeffcoat and John W. Ray and one grandchild, Jimmy McCollum, Jr.
