Glenn Hoyt Hutto, Sr.

Glenn Hoyt Hutto, Sr., 64, of Swansea, S. C. passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Hutto Family Cemetery, 921 I.W. Hutto Road, Swansea, S. C. 29160 with the Rev. Julian Boles officiating.

Mr. Hutto was born in Florida, a son of the late Ralph Hoyt Hutto and the late Marjorie (Moore) Hutto. Mr. Hutto was a farmer all of his life and retired from SCDOT after 35 years.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Brenda Gail Williamson Hutto; three sons, Glenn “Turtle” (Tracie) Hutto, Jr., William Roy Hutto and Benjamin Ray (Savannah) Hutto; grandchildren, Adam Hutto and Noah (Pam) Redmond; loving companion, Kingsford; sister, Sonya (Roger) Wiggins; a special niece, Debbie Stabler a number of nephews, and his loving sisters-in-law and brothers in law.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Friday, May 16, 2025, at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home, North, S. C. 29112

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
