Grady Legree Hoffman

Mr. Grady Legree Hoffman, 83, died Saturday, January 7, 2017. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home with his grandson, Mr. Christopher Kaigler speaking. Mr. Hoffman was born in Lexington County, SC, a son of the late Perry Wade and Minerva Spires Hoffman.He was married to the late Evelyn Hoffman, was a mechanic in the Air Force during Vietnam and was the owner of Grady’s Garage in Swansea, SC. Survivors include two daughters, Kim (Michael) Kaigler and Dinki Yandle; a son, Robert Earl (Christina) Buffkin; 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; a sister, Dottie Baughman and brother, Stacie Jewel Hoffman.He was predeceased by his children Glenn Buffkin and Shorty Buffkin; brothers, E.B., J.C. Perry, Percy and Berley and sisters, Bonnie, Herschel. Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) of North, SC is assisting the family with arrangements.
