Janet Ruth Hudkins McLean, 80, of Pelion, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025.

Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, October 13, 2025, at Sharon Crossroads Methodist Church. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Monday in the church sanctuary. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. McLean was born in Williams Center, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ernest O. Hudkins and the late Ethel Kineer Hudkins.

Survivors include her children, Troy Douglas (Candice) McLean, Kurt Vernon (April) McLean and Angela (Donald) Parnell; grandchildren, Brittaney (Mike) Wray, Ashton Parnell, Brandon Parnell and Jessika (Mark) Harris; great granddaughter Paisley Wray; and a number of special step great grandchildren; and two sisters Judy Lorentz and Doris Hinesley. She was recently predeceased by her husband Douglas Vernon McLean; daughters-in-law, Margaret McLean and Evelyn McLean; a grandson, Matthew Briggs; seven sisters and two brothers.
