Joseph Allan “Buckshot” Lubkin, 64, of Neeses, died Friday, December 2, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Sunny Vista Church of God in North with Rev. Bobby Gene Williams and Rev. Obed Ortiz officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church on hour before the service. Mr. Lubkin was born in Orangeburg County, a son of the late Allen Bradhum and Essie Mae Gartman Lubkin.He was a self-employed as a brick mason and a member of Sunny Vista Church of God. Survivors include his children, Chris Lubkin, Joe Lubkin, Aaron Lubkin, Brad (Brittany) Lubkin, Stanley Lubkin, Casie (Doyle) Proctor and Breanna Lubkin; fourteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy (John) McCollum and Louise Beason; a number of nieces and nephews; special friend and caregiver, Lynne Harsey; special niece and caregiver, Cathy McCollum and wife, Carolyn Williams Lubkin.He was predeceased by a daughter, Katie Lubkin; and sister, Shirley Chavis. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Monday at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) in North and other times at the home, 112 Chaplins Road, Neeses.
