Joyce Florence Rau, 87, of Swansea, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, February18, 2026 at Culler McAlhany Funeral Home in North. Burial to follow at Faith Baptist Church Cemetery, 7618 Columbia Road, St. Matthews, SC 29135. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at Culler McAlhany Funeral Home in North.
Mrs. Rau was born in Haddon Heights, New Jersey, a daughter of the late Robert and Irena Lowther King. She was married to the late Rev. Paul Rau. Joyce was formerly a member of Faith Baptist Church, St. Matthews and a current member of Trinity Baptist Tabernacle.
Survivors include her stepchildren, Tim Rau, Dawn Rau and Joe Rau; a sister, Miriam (Nelson) Reynolds; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Irena Merritt.
Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
