Judith F. Russ

Judith F. Russ, 69, of Gaston, died Sunday, November 3. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Thursday, November 7, at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home of North with Rev. Pat Hightower officiating. Mrs. Russ was born in Columbia, daughter of the late Moultrie H. Dykes and Orie Gowdy Dykes Cole. Survivors include her husband Lewis Russ of the home, two daughters, Cyndi F. Brown of Bridgewater, VA and Denise F. Reynolds of Gaston; three step-children, DeeDee (Blair) Wich, Dana (Kyle) Sulsar, and Jody Russ; one sister, Mary Thomas of Gaston; four grandchildren, Josh, Dalton, Chandler and Tristian; seven step grandchildren.She was predeceased by a brother, Eddie H. Dykes and a sister, Rhonda F. Dykes. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Thursday before the service at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) and other times at the home, 391 Irvin Jumper Road, Gaston, SC.
