Kenneth Wayne Evans

Kenneth Wayne Evans, 75, of West Columbia, S. C. passed away Sunday, June 11, 2023.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, June 17, 2023 at Westside Holiness Church, 527 Augusta Street, West Columbia, S. C. 29169 with Minister Brenda Hill and Minister Judy Rollison.

Mr. Evans was born in Columbia, S. C., a son of the late David Evans and the late Verna (Bennett) Evans.  Mr. Evans was a member of Pontiac Lodge 429, a valued member of West Side Holiness Church, dedicated and faithful with his attendance when the doors were open and was loved by all members of the congregation.

Survivors include a daughter, Stephanie (Larry) Ward; grandchildren, Brandon (Lauren) Jeffcoat, Bobby (Mary) Mitchell, III, Tiffany (Heanen) Harrison, Jr., Alex Ward (Brianna) and Paige (Jared) Jay; great-grandchildren, Wyatt Jeffcoat, Lily Grantham, Paisley Ford and Heanen Harrison III and son-in-law, Rudy Jeffcoat, Jr., several brothers and sisters and a number of nieces and nephews.   Mr. Evans was predeceased by his wife, Beatrice Evans and two daughters, Pamela Evans and Kimberly Jeffcoat.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 16, 2023 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at West Side Holiness Church, 527 Augusta Street, West Columbia, S. C.  29169.
