Lavern C. Phillips, 84, of Lexington, S. C. passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024.

Services will be private.

Ms. Phillips was born in Orangeburg County, a daughter of the late Haskel and Carrie Williamson Chavis. Ms. Phillips loved animals.

Survivors include a brother, Tommie Chavis and a number of nieces and nephews.
