Reuel Mehurin Inabinet

Reuel Mehurin Inabinet, 82, of North, S. C. passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00, Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at Pen Branch Cemetery, 325 Pen Branch Road, North, S. C. 29112 with Rev. Jacob Robinson officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the church and services will start following the visitation at the graveside.

Reuel was born in Newport News, Va., a son of the late George Randall Inabinet, Sr. and the late Mary Louise Mchurin. He taught Business at Midland Technical College for many years. After his retirement he was self-employed. Reuel received his master’s degree at the University of South Carolina and was a very proud Gamecock ffan. He was an avid pool player, playing with his childhood friends at a weekly game, not missing a chance to play. Reuel also enjoyed visiting the mountains with Doskie and friends, especially sitting on the porch enjoying the mountain view. Reuel also loved to swim in the river and was a very avid swimmer.

Survivors include his loving wife of 47 years, Lodoskie R. Inabinet and several cousins.

Along with his parents, Mr. Inabinet was predeceased by his brother, George Randal Inabinet, Jr.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Pen Branch Cemetery fund at Paulette Knight, 1059 Waters Ferry Road, North, S. C. 29112
