Robert Laverne Young

Robert Laverne Young, 70, of Neeses, passed away on Friday, April 27, 2018. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Hutto Family Cemetery on Shamrock Road in Neeses, SC. Mr. Young was born in Springfield, SC, a son of the late Doyle Lee and Vivian Harley Young. Survivors include his daughters, Joyce (Richard) Hutto and Cindy Young; sisters, Faye Miller, Janie Young and Carol (Ronnie) Rish; brothers, Jimmie Lee (Ruby) Young and Roger Young; grandchildren, Michael Parker, Brittany Parker, Brett Hutto and Heather Magdaleno; and also nine great-grandchildren.He was predeceased by a sister-in-law, Alice Faye Young; and a brother-in-law, Monroe Miller. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) in North and other times at the home of Jimmie Lee and Ruby Young, 411 Firetower Road, Neeses.
