Ronnie Lee Williamson, 67, of North, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Double Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Templeton officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral on Thursday at Double Branch Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Williamson was born in Oxnard, California, a son of the late R.L. and JoAnn Miller Williamson. Ronnie was a graduate of Hunter Kinard High School. His love for cars started at a young age. His Chevrolet Camaro and Monte Carlo were two of his favorites. Ronnie's passion became his career, as he was a lifelong mechanic for over 50 years. His love for cars developed into a love for drag racing and mud racing. Ronnie was very driven, competitive, and spirited. This led him to building motors for his drag car. Each motor had to be better, faster and bring a win. That would put a smile on his face. Ronnie was an avid fishing and hunting enthusiast. He liked to participate and compete in fishing tournaments. Ronnie loved his children and family. He may have not been able to fully express his heart, but he loved and adored them. He wanted the best for all of his family. Ronnie would always have a big smile on his face when he talked about his family and was so proud of all of them.
